Reccomendations

  • Open windows if you don't have A/C, during nighttime when it's the coolest.
  • Use HEPA air purifiers to clean your indoor air. Place these filters in rooms you use the most (bedrooms, living room, and kitchen).
  • Limit outdoor activity, especially strenuous activities that put more stress on your body.
  • If your area uses a central A/C, temporarily install a MERV 13 or higher filter to clean out PM 2.5 and smoke particles.
